Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with email and internet.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to read maps and follow directions.
• Hard-working, dependable, and able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to destinations; relay information to the proper channel.
• Monitor security and report issues for unregistered guests and other concerns.
• Escort guests to cabins and check resort amenities for issues.
• Receive and track packages and mail for resort operations.
• Communicate issues to Guest Services Manager and Resort Manager.
• Perform other tasks to ensure smooth resort operations.
