Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) is seeking an Overnight (Awake) Milieu Counselor to supervise adolescent females in a residential setting and implement Trauma Systems Therapy (TST). Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity are essential.
• Ability to implement Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) within milieu setting.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide awake supervision and safety for adolescent females 13–20.
• Maintain TST-informed milieu and document shift activities.
• Conduct routine checks and respond to emergencies.
• Transport residents to appointments when needed and document activities.
