Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years in residential/behavioral health settings.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Crisis intervention and trauma-informed care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; certifications obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight leadership and supervision for overnight staff.
• Coordinate overnight staffing and ensure coverage across programs.
• Conduct overnight rounds and ensure safety checks and logs.
• Respond to crises with trauma-informed interventions.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with daytime leadership.
• Support licensing reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
