Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers in Walpole is seeking a Residential Supervisor Overnight to support youth ages 13-19 with trauma histories and developmental delays in a trauma-informed care setting.

You will work closely with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure proper staffing, supervise direct care staff, and participate in training and weekly supervision. Evening, holiday and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising direct care staff in human services/youth development.
• MAP certification preferred and experience with trauma-informed care is advantageous.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict mediation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing coverage with Milieu/Program Director; hire, train, supervise, evaluate direct care staff and manage performance.
• Mediate staff issues and employee conflicts; host team meetings and provide training and weekly supervision.
• Maintain a fast-paced treatment environment with the ability to multi-task and implement feedback in real time.
