Job summary

The Home For Little Wanderers Inc in Walpole, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor Overnight to support youth aged 13-19 with trauma histories, developmental delays and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder, within a trauma-informed care model.

The role focuses on staffing, supervising direct care staff, coaching, and coordinating with the Milieu/Program Director, with opportunities for extensive training and professional development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services/mental health/youth development with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to pass CORI/background checks and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing coverage with Milieu/Program Director and supervise direct care staff.
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate staff and address performance issues.
• Mediates staff conflicts and leads team meetings with weekly supervision.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
