CareLink Community Support Services is seeking a responsible individual for overseeing Residential Counselors during shifts. This role entails ensuring administrative supervision, providing non-clinical leadership, and coordinating activities for consumers.

With duties focusing on team leadership and participation in individual service plans, the ideal candidate will have a background in Human Services and strong interpersonal skills. The position offers a robust benefits package including health benefits, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years working in Human Services field or relevant life experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License is necessary.
• CPRP/RPRP Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical leadership during shift.
• Ensure shift coverage and report all problems.
• Assist in the development and training of staff.

Skills

Ability to lead and guide staff

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree
