Job summary

CareLink Community Support Services is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee Residential Counselors in the absence of the Program Supervisor. This role ensures staff supervision and smooth program operations across a 1st shift schedule.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate intake and documentation while supporting participants with disabilities in a community setting. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred and ability to oversee staff.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team across shifts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative supervision to all staff.
• Coordinate shift coverage and communicate with supervisor.
• Complete nonclinical intake documentation and reporting.
• Monitor medication as prescribed and report errors.
• Assist with payroll processing and on-call rotations.
• Attend supervision and participate in staff meetings.
