Job summary

A community support services organization based in Norristown, PA is seeking a qualified individual for oversight of Residential Counselors. Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years working in Human Services field or relevant life experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• CPRP/RPRP Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical leadership during shift.
• Ensure adequate coverage for each shift.
• Plan operations of the site including shift assignments.
• Monitor medication of consumers as prescribed.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
