Job summary

CIRCLE LODGE seeks a reliable Residential Counselor to supervise residents overnight in our behavioral health facility. You will maintain a safe, calm environment, monitor safety, complete shift documentation, and follow facility policies during overnight hours.

You should possess a high school diploma or GED and be able to stay alert and professional through late shifts. Experience in behavioral health or human services is preferred, and you must pass background checks and any state licensing

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or human services preferred.
• Ability to stay alert, dependable, and professional during overnight shifts.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure safety and well-being.
• Conduct routine checks and document observations.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs or crises during overnight hours.
• Maintain a structured, calm environment conducive to rest.
• Complete required documentation, logs, and shift reports.
• Communicate important information during shift change.
• Follow all safety, emergency, and behavioral health protocols.
