Job summary

Easterseals NH & VT in Manchester, NH seeks a 3rd shift Residential Instructor to support youth with disabilities. You will guide groups, assist with daily living activities, and help implement behavior plans in a team-oriented setting.

The role is overnight, with a 4x10 schedule (10:45pm–9:00am). Requires 21+ and a HS diploma; housing a parent of a child 7+ is a plus. Benefits include comprehensive plans and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma.
One of the following: an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 Human Services credits.
Two years of residential experience or a combination of Human Service college credits and experience totaling 2 years.
Must be a parent of a child 7 years or older.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Work with youth with neurological or psychological disabilities.
Lead groups and recreational activities.
Assist with behavior plans and daily living activities.
Help clients develop coping strategies and relationship skills.
