Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator in Worcester, MA. The role partners with direct support staff to supervise overnight teams and deliver person-centered services, while also providing administrative help to the Program Coordinator, including staffing schedules and budget tasks.

You will complete documentation, support transportation and life skills development, and help implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
