Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is hiring an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff, supervise overnight shifts, and provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including staffing, operations, and budgeting tasks.

You will complete required documentation, support individual and group services, and promote community engagement, personal growth, and development of valued social roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are important.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Program Coordinator serves in a leadership role, working alongside direct support staff to provide services and supports to individuals served while overseeing and supervising overnight staff.
• They also provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including assisting with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.
• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program’s on‑call rotation.
