Job summary

Rosina Food Products is seeking a Production Control Administrator for an overnight 12-hour shift in West Seneca, NY. You will support Production Supervisors, maintain production records, and manage staffing and documentation in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes accurate recordkeeping, shift coordination, and cross-department collaboration, with a rotating night schedule and every-other weekend work. Experience in manufacturing and GMPs is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
• Rotating 12-hour night shift schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Review production, quality, food safety, and operational records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor production documentation and communicate missing or inaccurate records.
• Maintain production tracking logs, compliance reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, vacation schedules, and staffing levels.
• Assist Supervisors with rosters, attendance tracking, and staffing coordination.
• Enter and maintain production, labor, downtime, and data in company systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and labor reports.
• Assist with shift turnover communication and staffing updates.
• Maintain training and qualification records and departmental documentation.
• Monitor SAGE X3 transactions and make adjustments as needed.
• Support internal audits, documentation reviews, and CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and People & Culture.
• Assist Management with projects, reporting, and admin tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
