Job summary

Rosina Food Products, Inc. in West Seneca, NY is hiring a Machine Operator (B) to operate processing, packaging, portioning, conveying and cooking equipment while upholding quality and food-safety standards. You will receive training across multiple production areas and support shift transitions.

Minimum 6 months of related manufacturing experience is preferred. This full-time role pays $23–$25 per hour, offers a rotating 12-hour schedule, and includes health, dental and vision insurance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of related manufacturing or machine-operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills for packaging and weighing.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot multiple manufacturing lines.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up, operate, and monitor multiple pieces of equipment across production lines.
• Operate forming, portioning, conveying, cooking, and packaging equipment.
• Complete changeovers and adjustments per production requirements.
• Maintain product specifications and conduct quality checks.
• Document production and quality data per shift.
• Assist with training new operators and support staffing
