Job summary

Rosina Food Products is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Control Administrator to join our Operations team in West Seneca, NY. This overnight 12-hour shift position supports Production Supervisors by maintaining accurate production records, monitoring attendance, and ensuring documentation compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Review production, quality, food safety, and operational records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
• Monitor production documentation throughout the shift and immediately communicate missing, incomplete, or inaccurate records to Production leadership.
• Maintain production tracking logs, compliance reports, and documentation dashboards.
• Monitor employee attendance, call-offs, vacation schedules, and daily staffing levels.
• Assist Production Supervisors with employee rosters, attendance tracking, and staffing coordination.
• Enter and maintain production, labor, downtime, and operational data in company systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and labor reports.
• Assist with shift turnover communication, including production summaries and staffing updates.
• Maintain employee training records, qualification records, and departmental documentation.
• Monitor SAGE X3 transactions and make adjustments as needed.
• Support internal audits, documentation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate and collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and People & Culture.
• Assist Production Management with special projects, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
