Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an overnight Operations Manager in Salt Lake City. You will supervise warehousing, receiving, and shipping, plan inbound/outbound volume, and manage space, equipment, and staff performance.

You will lead HR activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, a track record in logistics, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops systems and procedures for safe, profitable operations.
• Meets productivity and service goals per client SLAs.
• Leads continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manages staff performance, training, and development.
• Maintains client relationships and coordinates meetings with customers.
