Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Forklift certification required and able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution tasks and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, picking, packing, and shipping per procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and prepare site activity reports.
• Ensure quality control, document discrepancies, and follow safety rules.
• Coordinate shifts, schedules, and labor to meet targets; supervise as needed.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment; ensure certifications are current.
