Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Salt Lake City is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate warehouse operations, oversee receiving and shipping, and mentor associates to meet service and cost objectives.

The role requires forklift operation experience, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with the Operations Supervisor. A GED or high school diploma is required, with at least 1 year in logistics.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution or a relevant environment.
• Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Forklift training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new and existing associates on distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, picking, staging, and packing activities.
• Direct warehouse team to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure safety, quality and SOP compliance at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisor and manage work schedules.
