Job summary

The role requires leadership to hire, train, manage labor, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality.

You will plan inbound/outbound volume, manage space, equipment, and KPI achievement, with an overnight schedule 6pm–6:30am 3/12-4/12.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for this role.
• 7 years' experience in logistics/distribution environments.
• 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and procedures for safe, profitable operations.
• Meet productivity and service goals, and client SLAs.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure KPI targets and quality system compliance.
• Plan daily work, staffing, and space utilization; supervise staff.
