Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests and prospective members. The role includes closing the day’s shift and ensuring a correct bank deposit, while maintaining a welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling front desk tasks, guiding tours, updating member accounts, and addressing inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front desk experience is preferred.
• Ability to navigate a membership system and process sign-ups.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to stay upbeat and professional with members and staff.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk duties including phone queries, check-ins, and new member sign-ups.
• Give tours to prospective members and update member accounts as needed.
• Close the shift accurately and secure the bank deposit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club.
