Job summary

Right at Home Northern Virginia is looking for an Overnight Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests. You will create a welcoming environment and assist with member inquiries while ensuring a Judgement Free experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, is reliable, and demonstrates a positive attitude. This position is critical to maintaining the club’s standards and ensuring safety during the overnight shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to become CPR/AED certified.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter the club.
• Resolve member concerns and elevate issues to a manager.
• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups and cancellations.
