Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior, Judgement Free Zone experience to members and guests. You will check in patrons, answer questions, and support membership processes while ensuring club cleanliness and safety during overnight hours.

Efficient communication, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential as you engage with members, handle phone inquiries, and assist with tours and retail interactions.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by helping members on the club floor and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks: sign-ups, updating contact/billing info, cancellations, and transfers.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assist with membership needs.
