Excel Fitness is seeking a Member Services Rep Front Desk Overnight in Portsmouth, VA to join our on-site team. This full-time role supports member services, cash handling, and club operations during overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR/AED certified, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and the Planet Fitness app. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.

Responsibilities

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.
• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Stay proficient in Planet Fitness mobile app use, content, and updates.
• Ensure that all proper training has been completed to operate safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the club is presentable and uphold Excel standards.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Input and update member information into tablets and point of sale.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members.
• Communicate with members and create a high level of member service.
