Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking a Member Services Representative (Overnight) to join our team and support Planet Fitness locations. You will greet members, assist callers, check members in, provide club tours, and relay event updates with a friendly, judgement-free approach.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication, and reliable work habits. Responsibilities include POS transactions, facility cleaning, and adapting to new policies while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including equipment, amenities, windows, mirrors, trash removal, and re-racking weights.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and trainings.
• Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
• Complete company trainings and additional learning as directed.
