Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate the POS system for beverage or merchandise purchases and new memberships.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk, lobby, and facility areas.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and systems.
