Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Process purchases on the POS system and assist with memberships.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby cleanliness and orderliness.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies and trainings as assigned.
• Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
