Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking a Member Services Representative (Overnight) to welcome members and guests, check in guests, and provide a warm, judgement-free experience in a busy fitness club.

You will handle phone inquiries, assist with memberships at the front desk, operate the POS system, and keep the lobby clean and organized. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work overnight shifts in Morris Plains, NJ.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Process memberships and questions on the POS system.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Assist with daily cleaning and stocking tasks as directed.
