Job summary

Delano Miami Beach, a flagship luxury property, seeks an Overnight Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and manage seamless check-ins/check-outs. You will assist with reservations, inquiries, and billing while upholding the hotel’s standards of service.

Provide detailed information on amenities and local attractions, proactively upsell enhanced services, and collaborate with departments to ensure a memorable stay. Proactive, polished, and guest-focused professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer-facing experience in hotel or resort setting preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
• Experience with PMS systems (Opera) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly for check-in and check-out.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and billing with accuracy.
• Provide information on amenities, local attractions, and upsell services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for timely room readiness.
• Maintain front desk security, cash handling, and proper documentation.
• Assist with night audit processes and reporting if applicable.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
