Job summary

Delano Miami Beach is reopening in 2026 and seeks a PBX Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest telephone service and support across the property, upholding the luxury experience Delano is known for.

Under the guidance of the Delano Service Agent - PBX, you will route calls, input guest details into the PMS and Nuvola, assist guests and colleagues, and maintain accurate records while ensuring timely follow-up and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in upscale hotel.
• Exceptionally personable attitude.
• Experience with Opera Cloud, Nuvola, MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries and transfer calls.
• Input guest and room data into the hotel PMS.
• Input service requests into Nuvola and follow up.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Provide warm, welcoming phone service.
