Delano Miami Beach is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and promote on-site outlets. You will provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a seamless guest experience in a luxury setting.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, knowledge of hotel amenities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet arriving guests and retrieve their luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explain the room facilities, and sell the hotel’s outlets (restaurant, bar, spa).
• Deliver luggage and messages, and assist with various requests to ensure guest comfort.
• Transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby and verify all items.
• Ensure luggage storage area is clean and organized at all times.
• Provide knowledgeable information about the hotel, services, and local happenings.
