Job summary

Delano Miami Beach is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage smooth check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, reservations, billing, and coordinate with departments to deliver a memorable stay.

Under the Guest Experience Manager, you will upsell enhancements, maintain accurate room and PMS records, assist with night audit tasks, answer calls, and support a professional, safe front desk operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in customer service-driven hotel or resort environment, front desk experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury, gaming, or upscale hospitality is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and reconcile charges.
• Answer calls, assist with reservations and inquiries, and coordinate internal requests.
• Provide detailed information about amenities and local attractions; upsell services and upgrades.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Maintain room inventory records and communicate updates to departments.
