Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions and requests and coordinate vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies; escalate when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
