Worth Ross Management Company, Inc. is seeking a polished Concierge for our luxury Downtown Austin community. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and deliver elevated service with discretion in a fast-paced setting.

Open shifts 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm, weekdays and weekends, with benefits including health coverage and retirement planning. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions and coordination of vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and resident privacy.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries.
• Support resident relations with timely follow-up.
