Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is safe, functioning, and properly used.
• Brief staff pre- and post-service and uphold operating standards.
