Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensure quality service, and lead team members from opening to closing. This role supports overnight and day shifts in Fairfield, CT, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and superior guest experiences.

You will collaborate with chef leadership, manage orders and inventory, and drive adherence to budget and standards while developing people through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for full shifts.
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by state/local health departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team through opening, service and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Uphold safety, sanitation and hygiene standards in back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and in working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift briefings with FOH/BOH staff.
• Model professional and ethical leadership; participate in training.
