Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Sterling to lead kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and service. You will oversee opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinate with chefs and departments, and manage orders, stock, and sanitation.

The role requires 1+ year of supervising experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Overnight shift premium applies for hours 12:00 AM–5:00 AM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year supervising or leading a team in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices align with schedules.
• Monitor kitchen costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
