Wonder is redefining how you get great meals with a kitchen-first approach in Livingston, NJ. We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee opening, prep, and closing duties, lead the team, and ensure top quality food and service for every guest.

You will coordinate with the chef leadership and other departments, manage orders, stock, and safety standards, monitor costs, and train staff while modeling professional leadership and a commitment to inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervising a team in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Able to lead in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication, both verbal and written, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and is in good working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with front and back-of-house staff.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style at all times.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees.
