Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations in Newtown Square, ensuring top-quality food and service. You will lead the restaurant team through opening, prep, and closing duties and coordinate with the chef leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervising experience in a fast-paced QSR or full-service setting, with strong communication and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervising/leading teams in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused communication and professionalism.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team members in opening, prep and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure stock, supplies and ordering are managed.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with front/back-of-house staff.
• Uphold operating and quality standards and professional leadership.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for staff.
