Job summary

Iacofano's Catering & Events in Brook Park, OH seeks an overnight kitchen leader to manage the production of overnight prep and cook-chill plans for morning runs. You will supervise the overnight team, assign stations, and ensure food safety and on-time handovers.

The role requires 2+ years leading high-volume catering shifts, a ServSafe Manager certification (or plan to earn within 60 days), and willingness to work overnights, weekends, and holidays, with aviation catering experience a strong

Qualifications

2+ years leading a kitchen shift in high-volume catering, banquets, hotels, airline or institutional food service.
Have run a shift on your own and made the calls.
ServSafe Manager (CFPM) or able to earn it within 60 days.
Steady availability for overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
Aviation or airline catering experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee overnight prep and cook-chill plan to spec for morning runs.
Lead overnight team, assign stations, coach, and uphold standards.
HACCP logs, temperatures and sanitation are complete and correct before handover.
Build, check and dispatch late and ASAP aviation orders on time.
Provide a clear handover to the day leadership team every morning.
