Job summary

Iacofano's Catering & Events in North Charleston, SC is seeking a full-time, salaried overnight kitchen leader. You will own the overnight prep, guide the overnight team, and ensure food safety and on-time handovers for private aviation and corporate events.

The role requires 2+ years leading high-volume catering, ServSafe CFPM or ability to earn in 60 days, and steady overnight availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a kitchen shift in high-volume catering or airline/jet kitchens.
• Experience running a shift solo and making calls.
• ServSafe Manager (CFPM) or able to earn it within 60 days.
• Steady availability for overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Aviation catering experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the overnight production plan and ensure readiness for morning runs.
• Lead the overnight team: assign stations, coach, and uphold standards.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperatures, and sanitation before handover.
• Build and check late/ASAP aviation orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide a clear morning handover report to the day leadership.
