Job summary

Iacofano's Catering & Events in Charlotte, NC seeks an overnight kitchen leader to manage the prep, cook-chill plan, and handover to day leadership. This full-time, salaried role covers roughly 50 hours per week with additional events.

You will supervise an overnight team, coach staff, enforce HACCP standards, and ensure late aviation orders go out on time. Prior airline catering experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a kitchen shift in high-volume catering, banquets, hotels, airline or institutional food service.
• Capable of running a shift on your own and making the calls.
• Aviation or airline catering experience is a strong plus.
• Overnight availability for weekends and holidays.
• CFPM ServSafe certification or ability to earn within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight prep and cook-chill operations to spec and on time.
• Lead overnight team; assign stations, coach, and uphold standards.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperatures and sanitation before handover.
• Build, check, and dispatch late and ASAP aviation orders.
• Provide a clear handover report to the day leadership team each morning.
