Job summary

Iacofano's Catering & Events in West Columbia, SC is seeking a full-time overnight kitchen lead. You will manage the overnight shift, ensure HACCP compliance, and guarantee that private aviation orders are prepared and delivered on time.

Responsibilities include coaching the overnight team, finishing prep to spec, and delivering a clear morning handover to daytime leadership. Aviation catering experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a high-volume catering kitchen shift.
• Ability to run a shift solo and make calls.
• Overnight availability including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to earn within 60 days.
• Aviation or airline catering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight kitchen team and assign stations.
• Oversee HACCP logs, temperatures and sanitation.
• Finalize overnight prep and cook-chill plans.
• Ensure orders are built, checked and dispatched on time.
• Provide a clear morning handover report to day leadership.
