Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Mount Laurel, NJ to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top‑notch food quality and service for guests. You will lead team members through opening, prep, and closing duties and collaborate with the chef leadership team to maintain high standards.

Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full‑service restaurant, strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team members in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Work with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene practices across back-of-house.
• Monitor kitchen costs and stay within budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and kept in working order.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house before and after service.
• Meet operating and quality standards at all times.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for staff.
