Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations at our Walmart location in Teterboro, NJ. You will lead opening, prep, and closing duties, and coordinate with the chef leadership team to ensure top-quality service.

We value at least 1 year of supervision in QSR or full-service settings, strong communication, and a professional demeanor. Night shifts pay an extra $2 per hour; benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor operating costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and is in good working order.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Provide professional leadership and support for restaurant employees.
