Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food and service at our Newtown Square location. You will guide team members through opening, prep, and closing tasks, coordinating with the chef leadership team to maintain standards and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing orders, inventory, safety, and cost controls, while coaching staff and upholding brand expectations across shifts, including overnights when required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supervising or leading teams in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in all service aspects, including opening, prep, and closing.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top quality service for guests.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure stock availability and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
