Village Super Market is seeking an Overnight Computer Service Technician to provide frontline IT support across our stores, handling hardware, software, printers, and barcode scanners. You’ll manage tickets, deploy devices, and assist with onboarding and asset records.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of helpdesk experience, Windows OS familiarity, basic networking, and strong communication. Travel to stores up to 25%, with a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of IT helpdesk or technical support experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and Windows operating systems.
• Basic networking concepts including IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize a ticket workload.
• Willingness to travel to stores (25% travel).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Manage IT support tickets from creation through resolution with SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, barcode scanners, and other technology used across our stores.
• Provision, configure, and deploy computers and standard business applications.
• Create and manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
• Support associate onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and user-device records.
• Identify recurring technical issues and propose process improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams; travel to stores for hands-on support (25%).
• Perform periodic user access and system compliance audits.
