Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert in Columbia, SC. You will support guest services while handling stock, sorting, and back-of-house tasks to ensure product availability and accurate signing on the sales floor.

The role requires strong teamwork, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends. Training will be provided to build efficiency and safety into daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong guest service and teamwork orientation.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product; straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on GM categories and assist guests.
• Operate powered equipment as needed while unloading freight.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items per laws.
