Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to support GM areas with sorting, stock placement, and ensuring product availability on the sales floor. You will assist guests and team members, operate equipment, and help maintain accurate pricing and signage.

The role requires an 18+ minimum, a welcoming attitude, strong communication across devices, and the ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided and schedules may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Understanding retail fundamentals such as trends, inventory, pricing and signage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of safety, ethics and compliance.
• Work safely and follow all safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with tasks.
• Engage with guests to resolve their needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.
