Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support guest service and store operations. You will greet guests, help them locate items, ensure prices are accurate, and assist with shelving and stock replenishment on the sales floor.

You will also support back-up cashier duties, operate scanners, and maintain safety and compliance while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes; stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet customers at 10ft and 4ft levels with smiles and warm interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product; maintain product availability on the sales floor.
