Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support GM and Food Sales operations in-store. You will help ensure products are properly sorted, stocked, priced and signed while assisting guests with a friendly, guest-first approach.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration across teams, including back-up cashier duties and order pickup. Flexibility for varying shifts is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with laws.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner; comply with safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive up while complying with laws.
• Greet guests and engage with them to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for shopping Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.
